O’Brien Motel (includes Sivells’ staff clean-up):
$41.00/night – Single Occupancy.
$31.00/night per person – Double Occupancy.
$28.00/night per person – Three or more.
Dorm Lodging Facilities (requires guest clean-up):
$21.00/night per person.
Family Retreat Center (requires guest clean-up):
$25.00/night per person (with kitchen)
$60.00/night for first two guests; $10.00/night for each additional guest
Day Use Fees
Everyone must be registered to be on the campus.
Ages 5 and up: $3.00/person.
Ages 1-4: $1.50/person.
Breakfast, Lunch and/or Dinner: $8.00 a meal
(20 guests are needed to open the dining hall facility.)
$250.00/facility requested. Deposits are required to reserve a date on the calendar.
Conference Facility Fee
$250.00/facility (This fee may be waived depending on group size)
Building Cleaning Fee
$250.00/per facility if your group decides to allow Sivells to clean the facilities you used (other than O’Brien Hotel).
$25.00/night for up to two guests; $5.00/each additional person per night.
Tent Sites & Primitive Cabins
$10.00/night (includes bath house access)
Recreational Activities – Additional Costs
All open recreation areas are included in lodging fees.
Following costs include staffing and any equipment used for these additional recreational activities.
Worship Recreation Facility Area may need to be reserved or scheduled when multiple groups need access to this area.

Team Building: $10.00/person
Archery Tag: $7.00/person
Camp Fire Setup: $15.00
Low Ropes Course/Group Building Activities: $12.00/person.
Both Low/High Ropes Course: $25.00/person.
