Lodging Facilities

Lodging costs listed include 3 meals

O’Brien Hotel (includes Sivells’ staff clean-up):
$60.00/day – Single Occupancy.
$50.00/day – Double Occupancy.
$47.00/day – Three or more.

All Other Lodging Facilities (requires guest clean-up):
$40.00/day per person.

Walk-on Fees

Everyone must be registered to be on the campus.

Ages 5 and up: $5.00/person.
Ages 1-4: $2.50/person.
Ages under 1 year: $1.00/person.


Breakfast, Lunch and/or Dinner: $7.00 a meal


$250.00/facility requested. Deposits are required to reserve a date on the calendar.

Conference facility fee

$250.00/per facility

Building Cleaning Fee

$250.00/per facility if your group decides to allow Sivells to clean the facilities you used other than O’Brien Hotel.

RV Sites

$12.00/couple per day; $3.00/each additional person per day.

Tent Sites

$5.00/day plus $1.00/person per day.

Hunter’s Cabins

$10.00/day plus $1.00/person per day.

Recreational Activities – Additional Costs

Costs include staffing and any equipment use for these additional recreational activities.

Zip Line/Climbing Walls: $8.00/person.
Low Ropes Course/Group Building Activities: $12.00/person.
Both Low/High Ropes Course: $25.00/person.
